KAREN PERRY DVM

Dr. Perry is a Southern California native who has always had a passion for nature and animals. As a veterinarian, she loves the hands on interaction with cats and dogs and the aspect of being a medical detective for pets who cannot speak for themselves. She also enjoys developing true relationships with her clients and working with them to give their pets the best possible care and quality of life.

Dr. Perry earned her undergraduate degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology at the University of California, Davis and then returned to earn her doctorate from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 1991. After veterinary school, she completed a one year medical and specialty internship with the Sacramento Animal Medical Group and later became certified as a Diplomate in Canine and Feline Practice with the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners for the years 1999-2009. Dr. Perry has been practicing in the San Diego area for 25 years and is currently a member of the AVMA and CVMA.
